Returns & Shipping Policy

We FIRMLY stand behind our products. We accept returns up to 7 days after the item has been delivered. If you have a damaged item, please email us immediately for a replacement at

Customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.

At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. You may return your item and repurchase the correct size.
Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.

These items are not eligible for a refund for hygienic reasons. Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks.

Orders: We’ll receive your order and process it within 2-7 days after purchase. As soon as we ship your item(s), you’ll receive an email from us with tracking info. Orders arrive at your door within 15 days but generally arrive faster.
